Shen Yen Restaurant - Taiwanese-style Teppanyaki

Oh so many talented people... to my right is William - a freelance travel writer from Montreal, to my left is Eric the ever-informative tour guide, and check-out Mr. Chen all cleaned up after the Fish Market with his two minions beside him. (More food pics to come..)

Watch as Chef Chen sears thin slices of bull's tongue onto a big slab of rose salt - it's so delicious. The bull's tongue absorbs a hue of salt from the slab, and he also makes another dish where he wraps the tongue around a spoonful of wasabi roe - one of the best things I've ever had.
