I am always in awe of these dedicated chefs who conspire with local fisherman and farmers to provide the highest quality and freshest ingredients in their restaurants. Life on the east coast of Taiwan revolves around good food because they have so many local delicacies, and varieties of fruits, veg, and fish that can be found nowhere else but here. The Taiwanese call the east coast their 'backyard garden'. Kinda makes you want to move here and become a farmer or something.
